Delete your account
Ask for your Time Clock account and its data to be deleted. You can also do this in the app: More › What we collect › Request account and data deletion.
What is deleted
- Your face data, right away.
- The link between the app and your phone.
- Your sign-in. You are signed out, and you cannot sign in again unless your employer sets up your account again.
What is kept, and why
- Time records
- At least 3 years, because wage-and-hour law requires it. A punch is never deleted.
- IP address
- 90 days.
Your HR department completes the rest of the request.
